Continuing Education (CE) Programs

By registering for a course offered by the Revolutionary Institute of Beauty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat.

• Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

• Class seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Sales are Final

• All sales are final.
  Because access to digital course materials and continuing education content is granted after registration, payments are non-refundable.

  For live classes, one reschedule may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  Self-paced online courses do not require scheduling or rescheduling.

Live Class Rescheduling

• Applies to live Zoom and in-person classes only.
• Students may reschedule one time at no additional charge.
• Requests must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.
• Requests received less than 48 hours before class may not be approved.
• Self-paced online courses are available after enrollment and do not require a class date.

Attendance Requirements

• Students are expected to arrive on time and remain for the entire course.

• Attendance and participation are required to receive a Certificate of Completion.

• Late arrival, early departure, or failure to complete course requirements may result in no certificate being issued.

Certificate of Completion

• Certificates are issued only after successful completion of all required course objectives.

• Students are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the personal and licensing information they provide during registration.

Continuing Education Requirements

• It is the student's responsibility to ensure the selected course satisfies the continuing education requirements applicable to their Maryland license.

• The Revolutionary Institute of Beauty provides Maryland Board-approved continuing education courses in accordance with applicable state requirements.

Course Changes

The Revolutionary Institute of Beauty reserves the right to:

• Reschedule or postpone classes due to instructor illness, inclement weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Substitute instructors when necessary.

• Modify course schedules while maintaining approved educational standards.

If a class is postponed or canceled by the Revolutionary Institute of Beauty, students will be offered the opportunity to transfer to another available class.

Student Conduct

To maintain a positive learning environment, students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

Technology Requirements (Online Courses)

Students participating in virtual classes are responsible for having:

• A reliable internet connection

• A computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of accessing Zoom or other designated platforms

• A working camera and microphone when participation is required

Technical difficulties on the student's end do not qualify for a refund.

Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for registration, course administration, and communication related to your training. We do not sell or share your personal information except as required by law or to administer your educational services.

Agreement

By checking the Terms & Conditions box and completing your registration, you certify that:

• You have read and understand these Terms & Conditions.

• You understand that all sales are final.

• You understand the one-time rescheduling policy.

• You agree to comply with all course policies and requirements.

• You acknowledge that your registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
